Challenge: Most people already know they should manage their time better — the problem is sticking with it. Time-management content is easy to forget, and learners have different needs when it comes to maintaining focus and staying on track.
Solution: I built a short course that starts with a relatable story, so learners connect with the topic before learning the steps. The course also explains the science behind why the technique works and provides opportunities for learners to practice through interactive activities and knowledge checks, including guidance on how the technique can support learners with ADHD.
I independently designed and developed the complete learning experience—from defining learning objectives and organizing content to creating visuals, interactions, assessments, narration, and publishing the course in iSpring Cloud.
Opened with a persona-driven scenario (Siya, a UX designer with ADHD) to make the time-management challenge personally relevant before introducing the technique.
Broke the Pomodoro method into a 5-step visual cycle with an expandable step-by-step breakdown to support clear, learner-controlled exploration.
Grounded the technique in cognitive science, explaining cognitive load, ultradian rhythms, and timeboxing to help learners understand why the technique works.
Included an inclusive ADHD-focused callout and reinforced learning through a matching activity and scored final assessment.
